Mighty Valentina is a fictional story, inspired by the first woman astronaut to go to Space: Valentina Tereshkova. Andreia Nunes wrote the text and Rachel Caiano conceived the illustrations.
The Instituto de Astrofísica e Ciências do Espaço (IA) carried out the scientific review, and provides institutional support and national and international dissemination.
The book was launched at Pavilhão do Conhecimento – Centro Ciência Viva on 16 June, 2019. It is published by Editorial Caminho.
