Instituto de Astrofísica e Ciências do Espaço (IA), Planetário do Porto – Centro de Ciência Viva and Observatório Astronómico de Lisboa (OAL) will estimate the distance between the Earth and the Moon using observations of the solar eclipse that will take place next friday, 20th of March 2015.
For this activity with a pedagogical purpose, we invite schools, institutions and individuals that would like to join us. D. Maria II High School, in Braga, Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve and Observatório Astronómico do Parque Biológico de Gaia, are already joining. Will you join us too?
